Situation
A domestic energy services company needed to implement a more scalable ERP solution to support future growth, controls, business process standardization, and reporting requirements. Executive leadership recognized the need for a fully integrated ERP system that included cost tracking, maintenance tracking, customer service, accounting, and dynamic reporting capabilities.

Our Response

Multi-System Implementation in the E&P Industry

Situation
An E&P company recently divested from its parent to become a stand-alone entity. Due to the accelerated divestiture timeline, the organization needed to rapidly stand up an integrated set of fit-for-purpose systems aligned to its new structure. Challenges spanned multiple parts of the business: a gap between accounting and operations, manual work processes, lack of organization around work orders and maintenace costs, and a need to bring Land functions in-house from an outsourced provider.

Our Response
